In 1999 Moshe and Hilda decided to settle in the place they fell in love with - Negev Desert. They used ancient terraces to plant vineyard terraces and started wine production. Today, Boker's Valley wine is well known in the country and hosts will happy to welcome you in their unique hotel.
The vineyards are located at 500 m. above sea level. Winter cold and the summer dryness provide an ideal climate for growing wine grapes, so everything here is grown without pesticides.
You can choose from 5 lodges, each with coffee corner, fridge, espresso machine, air conditioning, bathroom, barbeque and fireplace area. Or you can use jacuzzi to cool down during hot summer days. Or visit shop with natural local products such as olive oils, natural soaps, herb mixes, jams etc. Or wine cellars, where you can taste and discover the different tastes.
