Built specifically for the Order of the Holy Cross, this place for long time was home to monks, who copied texts and took care of the poorest. Unluckily they were displaced from here during French Revolution, and whole building was used as ammunition storage.
Luckily, years later Camille Oostwegel restored the original building to its former beauty. And today it looks fabulous! From rooms decorated with paintings of historical events, main hall, to restaurant and terrace - it is a pleasure to look at! It's best you see the photos for yourself, as our description probably does no justice.
