Few years ago, a native Maasai Lepara and Ingrid from Belgium met in the Engaresero - a local village located between Ngorongoro, Lake Natron and Serengeti. Both have decided to open camp and lodge here so today we have a chance to stay in one of the most unique places to stay in Africa! Lodge took its name from the numerous giraffes and zebras passing it by every morning.
Onsite you'll find ten unusual rooms with private bathrooms, swimming pool and restaurant serving traditional Maasai flavors, including traditional Maasai BBQ. Outside camp's fence you'll find countless animals, magical sunsets and thousands of stars at night. Step outside and visit Ngorongoro crater, Engaresero falls, pink lake or sacred mountain of Maasai people.
