Historical
In the 19th Century the Prince George (Prince of Wales) got sick with Typhoid from drinking unclean water. On his order 18 meter-high water tower was erected to improve water quality in the area. The best thing nowadays is that guests can stay here now. And enjoy its viewing gallery with fantastic views of green English countryside.
There's only one suite in the tower, so you'll have whole tower at your disposal. Rooms are decorated in traditional Victorian style, and you have lovely fireplace to keep you warm if the weather is breezy.
Additional value to this hotel is that British royal family has once visited this site. Really! Now that's unique place to stay!
