After invading Peru, many of conquistadores became simply poor, if not impoverished. To escape this a lot of them decided to become Jesuits. To accommodate them all bishop of Cusco ordered to build new monastery in the city in 1598. Today you can stay in the place where stones around the entrance doors still have the original Spanish Arms Escutcheon!
You will stay in one of the 122 rooms decorated in colonial style and surrounding inner courtyard. All have TV, WiFi, iPod docking stations. Some of them are enriched by oxygen.
