Famous Moon Village was built by the Nawafleh tribe in the 1800's. Old stones and techniques were used reflecting how the world here looked like in the 1st Century BC. That's when the first occupants moved in here, building unusual settlement of which parts we can see today: buildings, water channels, water tanks and olive trees.
Today, this unique hotel is managed by the members of the Nawalfleh tribe and we must say it looks like the top stay: it has 136 rooms tucked into private terraces, courtyards and little gardens with fountains. Rooms are designed to preserve the unique character of this place and are equipped with all the modern commodities: AC, WiFi, TV's, private bathrooms and authentic local furniture.
